Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Policy

Orders placed with Minga will generally ship within 2-3 business days. We do our best to ship as fast as possible so please be mindful. We generally do not ship on holidays or weekends, however if there is a rush, feel free to email us.

If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify us info@madebyminga.com as early as possible.

Minga is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased.

Return and Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept domestic returns* on any full-price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the ship date for a full refund to the original form of payment. All items must have their original tags and packaging. After 14 days, all sales are final.

To return items please contact info@madebyminga.com

In your email, please include:

  • Order number and name
  • Whether you'd like an exchange or a refund
  • If exchanging: desired new style & size if applicable

You can expect to receive your refund or new item within two weeks of dropping your package with the return shipper. 

Please note: A Return or Exchange Fee of $9.99 will be automatically deducted from your total refund or credit amount.

*All sale merchandise and International purchases are final. No returns or exchanges.
