Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 within the US. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee.

We are a one-woman show in the US and do our best to ship as fast as possible so we kindly ask that you please be mindful. Some orders placed with Minga will take 3-4 days of processing. We ship twice a week (Monday-Friday) and orders generally take 2-4 business days until they arrive at your home. If there is a rush or special request, feel free to contact us.

If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify us hello@madebyminga.com as early as possible.

Minga is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once it leaves our studio, the route of the package is often out of our control, however we will do the best we can to help you track it down. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address or your package was stolen we unfortunately are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased.

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept domestic returns* on any unworn, unwashed, full-priced merchandise within 14 days of the order date for a refund* to the original form of payment. All items must have their original tags and packaging. After 14 days, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any orders using a promo code.

Please note: A fee of $18.99 per order will be automatically deducted from your total refund. This fee covers shipping to and from the customers house, the packaging materials, and the time it takes our team to pack/unpack the order. If you opt for a refund in store credit, this $18.99 fee is waived. Store credit does not expire, and can be used towards any future orders.
