Free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within the USA.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
We are a one-woman, small business and do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding — some orders placed with Minga may take 3–4 business days to process. We ship twice a week (Monday–Friday), and once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. If you have a rush order or special request, feel free to reach out via email— we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
Once a package leaves our studio, its journey is unfortunately out of our control. Minga is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, including errors made by the postal service or courier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. That said, we’re always happy to help you track a package and support you however we can.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept domestic, full-price returns* on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the order date for a refund to the original form of payment. All items must be returned in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. After 14 days, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on orders placed using a promo code*.
Please note: a $18.99 processing fee per order will be automatically deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover return shipping, packaging materials, and the time it takes to carefully process returns. If you choose store credit instead of a refund, this fee is waived. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our pieces, Minga is not responsible for damage caused by washing, drying, or any other garment care.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact hello@madebyminga.com and include:
- Order number and name
- Whether you are requesting a refund or exchange
- If exchanging: desired style and size (if applicable)
Once your return is dropped off with the carrier, please allow up to two weeks for your refund or replacement item to be processed.
*All sale items and international purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. (This does not include our welcome code.)
