Hat Sizing
If you are in between sizes or unsure of your hat size, we recommend sizing up. Most of our hats have an elastic band on the inside to add a snug fit. Questions? A one-of-a-kind handcrafted hat
We partner with a family-ran hat workshop to make hat one by one. After preparing the wool hat blank, our artisan partners use a press to create the hat shape. Once it’s formed, it’s carefully trimmed, ironed, cleaned and sewn.
We work with raw materials, like wool and paja toquilla straw, to make all of our hats. We also use vegtable-tanned, handcrafted leather accessories that are built to last. We do our best to cut down on waste and consider each step of the process in our work.
Our artisan partners use hat blocks and a press to give each hat its shape before it's trimmed, cleaned and sewn by hand.
